Accessibility Policy

What we care the most about during this weekend is that everyone has as much fun as they can possibly have, regardless of any disabilities, mobility issues, or anything else that means you might need additional assistance during the convention.

We have always found the Cork International Hotel to be accessible and friendly to all. Please be mindful of your fellow attendees who may need extra space in the lobby or may need to prioritise the lifts. Please use the stairs, if you are able to, at busy times.

We have a Green Dots policy to assist those who may need it. If you feel you would benefit from a Green Dot, you may obtain one from the Registration Desk. You do not need to provide any reason to get a Green Dot - if you feel you need it, you get it.

We aim to make our printed material as accessible as possible, using non-serif fonts and at least 12-point text in our printed material.
