Hi everyone! Lego Ankh-Morpork here and I asked the lovely people at the Irish Discworld Convention if I could make this announcement myself…
 
I am very happy to be attending this year’s Irish Discworld Convention and even more thrilled that, as part of the exciting programme of activities, I will be running two Lego Building Workshops; henceforth known as the Ankh-Morpork Guild of Lego Builders! Participants will have the opportunity to join me in building 2 of my favourite Lego Discworld creations while we chat all things Lego and Discworld. At the end of the session, you will then have a custom Lego Ankh-Morpork build to take away.
 
Each session will feature a different build that we can make together. The first will be my Splatter Troll, the very first design for which I released instructions and one of my most unique builds. The second will, of course, be the Lego Sir Terry Pratchett Brickheadz model that is a big favourite amongst the community.
 
During the sessions you will have chance to ask me as many questions as you like while I show some different Lego building techniques and talk through my design process. Everyone who signs up for the session will also receive a certificate showing they are official members of the Ankh-Morpork Guild of Lego Builders and, in each session, will have a chance to win a special build created by me!

* If you wish to share this experience you may, with up to 3 people being able to share a build – however, please note that the person who purchases the ticket is the one to walk away with the build. No arguments!!
 
This is a family friendly event but please note that, as per IDWC membership policy, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
